Shipping & Delivery
Standard Shipping for Individual Stock Orders in Mainland US:
Under $50 = $8.95.
$50 -$100 = 14.95.
Over $100 = Complimentary.
Estimate delivery time is 3-9 days, dependent on region.
Team Orders:
Shipping to be determined per order.
Standard shipping is available to all locations within the 48 contiguous United States. Hawaii and Alaska will be have an additional shipping charge that will be added after check out.
Expedited shipping Information.
Limited Items are available for expedited shipping. Additional charges will be added per actual weight and destination of the order. Expedited orders will need to be confirmed by customer service when placing the order. Please call 877ROCK123 to request. Orders placed after 1:00 pm PST will be shipped the following non-holiday business day. Orders placed on Friday Next Day will be delivered the following non-holiday Monday. Holidays, weekends and day of delivery do not count towards the delivery time. Any weather related delay related to inclement weather or any other delay is not guaranteed and we do not refund shipping costs if delivery date is missed.
The delivery time is a guide only. UPS is unable to deliver to a PO Box. If your address is a PO Box we will ship your order via USPS expect additional time fpr shipment. Final delivery will be subject to the terms and conditions of the shipping service.
Delivery Attempts. Once package is deemed undeliverable and the product is returned to our warehouse, and if not a custom order, you will be credited for the price of the merchandise minus the actual cost of shipping and the cost of the return shipping. The credit is applied to original transaction.
Pick Up. Orders can be picked on Monday-Thursday only. Friday availability not guaranteed. Typically, orders placed by 1:00 pm will be available 3 hours after purchase provided that all items are in stock, but not guaranteed. Orders after 1:00 will be available the next business day.


Exchanges & Returns
RoShamBo has a 7 business day return policy. Returns are subject to inspection, must be unused, have the tags attached and in the same condition as recieved. Custom items and sale items are not returnable. Copy of customer receipt is to be included with the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your apparovel or rejection of your refund via email. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment with in 10 days. If after 7 days, and approved after inspection, we offer an exchange of product.
Returns with a gift receipt will be a merchandise exchange.
